Tumble dry the comforter completely (it may take a bit longer than you think). Add a few tennis balls to the dryer drum to fluff the down.

It's the air in down products that generates warmth. A thorough shake when making the bed allows each down and feather to straighten up and not cling together. This creates space for more air and fluff. Even out and distribute the down as you want it.

Store duvet and pillows in a dry place, preferably in the dust bag provided with the duvet. Air (or wash if necessary) duvet and pillows before storing them away for the season. Make sure they are completely dry, fold them up and reunite when autumn arrives.
